I contacted David regarding a particularly awkward and labour intensive job on my chimney.
He was very knowledgeable and sorted out a solution that suited our needs.
I can say without a doubt, both David and Raymond did a really fantastic job.
David is extremely professional and sorted what would have been a wrecking job on my chimney in a day with minimal disruption.
Neat, tidy, professional and friendly.

David's professionalism, guidance and expertise, is invaluable in guiding customers. There is no hard-sell, no pressure to buy, just plain-spoken advice, based upon years of experience, and practical, helpful, demonstrations. Installation by David and Raymond, was efficient, clean and professional . They both took extraordinary care to ensure floors and the existing fireplace etc were protected, and undamaged. Unexpected anomalies in our old flue were patiently approached, and painstakingly overcome. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We are delighted with the stove, and with our choice of provider. Thank you David and Raymond.

I couldn’t be happier with my Clearview Stove. I rarely have to clean the glass and it is such a pleasure to light and watch as it burns. Thanks to David and the excellent follow up service. Immediate response to any questions and helpful advice in getting the most out of the Stove. 5 star service.

David knows what he is talking about. Technology person more than a salesman. Takes time to explain things in plain language. Shows with things on display and with videos of work done, not just tells. Wet drizzly day today, so one stove was in operation in the showroom: a great chance to try the controls and feel the warmth. Stoves and materials quite pricey but their quality is perceptible. I could not resist buying a surface thermometer. Thinking of buying a stove.
